"Breakup season;

It scares me to hear the news of so many couples breaking up within the past few months. Including some of my own friends. 

I understand how it is. The spark dies. The couple gets too comfortable. Doing special things for each other becomes a thing of the past. Mundane. Boring. Humdrum. And then they start looking at other people.

A girl at work who's smile reignites your passion, who's beauty makes you turn. A charming guy next door that makes your heart flutter, with a great body and remarkably perfect hair. Someone else who makes you feel that something special you haven't felt for a while. 

But let's try not to forget that one person you once swore was the most important in your life. THe one person who loved you the most when you were unlovable, who stuck with you through all thick and thins, who knows you better than you know yourself. Who puts you before anything or anyone else in the world.

I remember, I love her. And I'll remember still, even at the worst times. Because that's what love is."

Recently I found out (via twitter/ askfm/ gossip) that so many (REALLY SO MANY) of my friends/acquantainces broke up with their other half and it scares me because I always saw most of them as "the golden couple", or the "couple that will last forever", and hearing all of these saddens me. A lot. How I was always certain couples will always stay together, and now the truth hits me and I realize that, nothing last forever.

Simply because if the relationship works out, it works out. Anything worth it is never easy, it just depends on whether both parties want to work on it. I'm a believer of fate and if they are meant to be, they are. Loving someone when they are not exactly lovable is the hardest, I feel, when their flaws start to creep out to expose themselves, that's when there's a difference in being in love with someone and truly loving someone.

Hearing all these news have been scaring me so much but even though right now I'm doubting all the possibilities to a fairytale ending, I know that I am never going to doubt us.

Oikos Camp!!!! with the best group!!!!! literally HAHAA we literally won the yacht trip for being the best group!!!!!!! i mean, we did have a goal in mind in winning the best group, but we really tried losing :p HAHAHAH jk but Oikos camp was much better than I expected and glad to have made such good friends over the camp :-)

Brunch at Bakehouse by Carpenter and Cook with Sean and then shopped for frames at IKEA hehe. Headed to convocation at Suntec Convention hall after with my FTB buddies before going down to Cuppage with Bex to LAN and have pontian with Sean wl and kyle :-)

August onwards, please be nice to me! Hope I remain motivated throughout my school time and maximize the time I have with my school friends but not to forget my family and Sean. Hoping to find a good balance in life, it's hard sometimes. But Clare, you got this.

Went to a polyclinic to get my referral letter to a specialist before realizing that I have ACL injury. And honestly I am very glad that I FINALLY went to get my knee checked. I mean, yes, I won't be able to dance for about a year or two, but my knee injury didn't worsen to an ACL tear and needed a major operation or anything close to it, thankfully. Had to find a replacement for sports camp, sadly but it's ok, I'm sure I will make other friends via other camps (FTB/ Oikos!!!) :-) I got this, clare!!!!!

Went over to D'Good Cafe with my mum after my check up and ordered a Seafood Prawn Aglio Olio while my mum ordered Chef Alonso's Fried rice. Both were pretty decent and ambience was realz good :-)

Out with Steven and spent 6 hours just chatting and talking about life, so sad that he will be leaving for Melbourne soon to do physio therapy :-( Even though we weren't as close as we could have been in AC, he has definitely been one of the few pillar in my life who looked for me like a big brother will look out for his younger sister :-) Hope all goes well for him and I will see him in the near future!!!!!!! x

Headed to NUH for an appointment at the specialist clinic for my knee injury!!!!!!!!!! Coffee bean with my mum for tea and had a caramel latte :-)) Massage afterwards with my family before going MPS!!!! (last day before we reunite!!!!!!)

Tonkotsu King with Sean, before heading to meet the BKK babes before Camel flies off!!!!!! Had a gooooood dinner at Popeyes and talked about so much shit, sigh going to miss this babe :-(

ABC Market for lunch with Sean before he dropped me off in town to walk walk for a bit and then had a short jog/walk at Botanics with mamapeh :-)

Pacamara the next morning with Sean before impromptu decision to buy myself a mini cruiser to join the sk8 crew!!!!! Then headed to GBTB to skate at night with sean kyle and tjong yay :-)

Cedele with mum before NUH appointment for my knee and then watched Ant Man with Sean WL Horse and Rays :-) Super good movie YAY!!!!!! Finally after waiting for quite a while!!

Went skating with Sean the next morning at East Coast Park
 before heading to have family dinner with my family at my dad's friend's restaurant :-)
And also finally satisfied my soy green tea latte craving!!!!!!!!! yumzA

Sean brought his new Canon 750 out so we had good quality photos YAY
 Then we had dinner at Nakhon @ Marine Parade because road closure, but to be honest,
 didn't really do much, just spent time together hehe :-)

Big Bang concert with the mother!! (who made me LOL throughout the whole concert - check my snaps HAHAHA she was hilarious)

Went on a photoshoot w b at Botanics hehe but we gave up after 2 hours cause it was sooOOOoooOO hot HAHA watched
